The postnatal period—often called the fourth trimester—is a time of profound transition and recovery. After months of anticipation, you’re finally meeting your baby, and the early weeks can bring both joy and challenges. At Baby and Me, we recognise that every family’s journey is unique. Whether you're welcoming your first baby or adding to your growing family, we’re here to support you in a way that feels right for you. Our goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where you feel heard, empowered, and supported in your choices—every step of the way. Typically, hospital-based care concludes when your baby is around five days old. However, many families find they need a little more support—whether it's help establishing feeding, addressing minor health concerns, or simply receiving some reassuring guidance during this new chapter. Having strong, supportive networks in place during the early postnatal days and weeks can make a meaningful difference to your overall wellbeing. And we’re here to be part of that support, when and how you need it.
“I can’t speak highly enough of Sue from Baby and Me. Sue took the time to get to know both my daughter and I and made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process with her warm and calming presence. She is incredibly knowledgeable; not only on breastfeeding, but also about pumping, bottle feeding, oral ties and much more. She was always available to answer any questions I had and would regularly check in to follow up on my progress. I would recommend Sue to anyone who is planning or currently beginning their breastfeeding journey."

"Sue was absolutely gorgeous and so helpful to baby and I. I loved her visits and she taught me so much and helped to build my confidence in breastfeeding. I would thoroughly recommend her to any mamas who need postnatal support. She is a wonderful human being who really cares and goes that extra milk to support."
